Ever since, Victory has been producing incredibly bold beers “for those who appreciate flavorful beer."
The German-trained brewers at Victory now brew more than 20 varieties, according to season and demand. They’ve increased their output from 1,750 barrels a year to 25,000 and, after converting to a new Rolec 50 barrel brew house in 2005, now have the capacity to produce 100,000 annually.

At Baxter's, the "saloon" is warm and roomy and has a friendly atmosphere but if you enjoy a really good food at moderate prices, the "eatery" is what you will enjoy most.
There is no compromise in offering only the best in foods. If you need a large room for more private dining, as in a rehearsal dinner or family gathering, the staff can accommodate you with a separate dining area apart from but still open to the festive atmosphere.
Baxter's Saloon & Eatery is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Put yourself in the capable hands of there Chef and the staff at Baxter's. You'll be very glad you did!

The Marshalton Inn,
American Casual Cuisine
610-692-4367
1300 Strasburg Road
West Chester, Pennsylvania
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Quietly positioned right outside the town of West Chester is the quaint historic village Marshallton and the equally historic Marshalton Inn and Four Dogs Tavern. Along the bucolic stretch of Strasburg Road, once the only thoroughfare between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh prior to the establishment of the railroad, sits a stone inn and what was a neighboring stable. In the early 1800s the Inn served as a refuge for travelers as well as locals, while the stable would house their animals overnight. The Inn not only functioned as a hotel, restaurant and bar, but it was home to the post office and local merchandising station.
A country treasure house of fine dining and fine art, the Marshalton Inn uses the "best of the best" in classic dishes. History and romance marry as diners enjoy hand carved dry aged meats and fresh seafood grilled over a wood fire, surrounded by early American paintings and candlelight. Dine al fresco on the Terrace or inside 200-year old ambiance. Built in 1792, the architecture in the front rooms is authentic

When the coyote howls in Conshohocken, its voice is rich with festive bewitchment. It's a colorful cry capable of transporting a little residential corner of Spring Mill Avenue into a fresh and different South-of-the-Border concept. It's called Coyote Crossing, and is the work of Carlos Melendez.
The menu and daily specials focus primarily on Mexican cuisine, but you can find Southwestern crossover here as well. A number of dishes are from his grandmother. Chile de Abuelita ($14.95). A poblano chile is stuffed with shredded pork blended with almonds, pecans, raisins and olives, and seasoned with a touch of cinnamon, some herbs, and baked with roasted garlic and bay leaf in a tomato sauce. This comes with rice and refried beans. Barbecued ribs ($14.95). The tender babybacks are cooked long over low heat and finished off on the grill with barbecue sauce fused with sugar, tomato and pineapple juices, cloves and honey.
Outdoor Dining
Both restaurant have very impressive outdoor dining areas: Conshohocken is a garden villa with trees flowers and fountain. West Chester is a roof top escape with a cosmopolitan flare

The Ship
Since the launching of the Moshulu (pronounced Mo-shoe'-loo) in 1904, she has had a long and exciting career on the seas working the ports of Europe, South America, Australia, America and Africa. She was confiscated by the Americans in one war and by the Germans in the next. She has traveled around Cape Horn 54 times. She has hauled coal and coke, copper ore and nitrate,
lumber and grain. In lesser days, she has served as a floating warehouse. In grander days, she won the last great grain race in 1939. Today, the Moshulu is the largest four-masted sailing ship in the world still afloat.
